I have also indicated that the requirement under 8(1)(b)(ii) is only a certificate of secondary school education. For small-scale farmers, I am seeking that they should not be required to have a minimum of three years’ experience preferably in management of coffee. We will be picking those farmers directly. There is no need for management experience. That is why I seek that we exclude that category."}
