Irene Mayaka for moving this Bill this far. When I was growing up in Bonchari, I saw good big rivers, wetlands, and very beautiful vegetation. But over the years, I have seen them decline. I have seen river and waters decline. I have seen the wetlands deplete and I have seen agriculture compromised and not doing well because of adverse effects of what is happening in the environment. I have also seen the ecosystem affected because the animals I used to see in my neighbourhood are not there"}
