In Mathioya, we were affected by the same and most of the people he is talking about live below a dollar a day. Most of the increases were over 250 per cent; that is from Kshs200 to Kshs500. We would like to know what he exactly means by âlow income bracketâ and why there was that increase of 250 per cent."}
