The tradition of rising in the event a speaker touches people’s souls or says something exciting that is overwhelmingly magnanimous for the country or a particular group is allowed. Hon. Members are being misconstrued for having risen. That was very well in order. It is called a standing ovation. It is not good to say that Hon. Members behaved badly. Standing ovations are respected moments of a great speaker when delivering a speech. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."}
