Temporary Chairlady, I know this is pre-empting debate, but we are currently debating the County Governments (Revenue Raising Process) Bill in this House. I hope we will find a way to marry the two. Secondly, we passed the County Governments Licensing (Uniform Procedures) Act that will come into operation on 28th December 2024. I suppose we will find a mechanism of realigning this particular licensing procedure to those two particular Acts once they come into operation."}
