Temporary Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 78 of the Bill be amended by deleting subclause (3) and substituting therefor the following new sub clause— “(3) All transfers and payments made by a co-operative in accordance with this section shall be— (a) valid and effectual against any demand made upon the co-operative by any other person (b) paid within sixty days.” The justification is to enable payment of any demand to a co-operative within 60 days of the death of any member."}
