Temporary Chairman, I support this amendment, but I want to persuade my Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson that a similar provision has been put under clause 154(2), that the source of the funds shall consist of the contributions made by the co-operatives in the sums and rate as the Cabinet Secretary shall prescribe. But when you go to sub-clause (3) of the Bill on how that fund shall be applied in terms of what it shall do… I do not know. I want to persuade my Chairperson to consider including a provision requiring the Cabinet Secretary to provide regulations on how those funds can be applied and utilised. Otherwise, I support."}
