Allow me to start by appreciating the Mediation Committee that looked at this particular process and were able to come to a positive conclusion. As far as the Schedule is concerned, as a committee, county assemblies appearing before us have always stated their needs. Most of the needs are basic and understandable, especially motor vehicle mobility issues, infrastructure, and repairs and maintenance."}
