I agree with the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning because this is one most abused clauses in terms of information. We have a Data Protection Act which protects all Kenyans, including those who borrow money. This is abused a number of times. After this clause becomes law, we need to ensure that it is enforced. With those remarks, I support the amendment."}
