The Minister has said before this House that there was a mistake. We are talking about equitable distribution of resources and fairness in this country. There are people who lost out unfairly. Would I be in order to ask the Assistant to go back and do enough investigation on this matter because I still think that some people lost unfairly? So, when he says that people have already been recruited, I want to request that this Question be given the necessary seriousness that it deserves so that as for those who lost out unfairly, their plight should be addressed again."}
