This Legislative Proposal will go a long way in resolving the marginalisation of people in our constituencies. I have made very important comments. I hope the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs will move fairly quickly to obtain views from constitutional offices and the Attorney-General so that this legislative proposal can be published soon after we come back from recess.
