The amendment is to delete the words “co-operatives development” appearing in sub-clause (a) and substitute therefor with the word “start-up.” The rationale for this amendment is to refer to the fund correctly, which is the Start-up Fund. The justification for this new Part VA is to provide funding for the commercialisation of start-ups."}
