Fatuma Mohammed","speaker":null,"content":" Last year, royalties that were supposed to be divided in this country were Ksh8 billion, which money was given only to Taita/Taveta, Kilifi and Mombasa counties. That left out Migori, Samburu and Garissa counties, and the rest of the country that does mining. Hon. Temporary Speaker, I would like to put it across that in Nyatike Sub-County, Migori County, we have blue sapphire, copper, gold and so many other minerals and yet, the county as well as the small-scale miners receive nothing. It is very unfair that this cannot be distributed equally and yet, we also participate in building the country."}
