I want to add that a half of the population on Rhemba and Ringiti islands are Kenyans of Somali origin and the other half are Kikuyus, Luhyas, Subas and “Wajaruo”. I would want the Minister to clarify whether he knows that, in fact, one of the islands is now controlled by a Ugandan woman, who is harassing the hell out of the lives of the residents of that island? Could he also clarify whether the President of Uganda is, indeed, another “Jaruo”?"}
