That is the doctors. Most of our people go to dispensaries and Level 2 and 3 hospitals, yet the people working there cannot administer services such as high blood pressure medication. Therefore, they are forced to go to Level 4 or 5 hospitals, but they are not allowed to do that. What are you going to do about dispensaries and Level 2 hospitals, so that at least we have doctors there who can attend to old people in the villages who go there seeking medical attention?"}
