(Dr.) Alfred Mutua): Mr. Speaker, Sir, the national rehabilitation programme is one where we work with different agencies. As a Government, we monitor to ensure that they are being rehabilitated. As a Government, we will set up a centre in Mavoko and other places when we have funds, so that we can take our street children to some of those centres.
