In all the previous years, the other cabinet secretaries have given timelines. They say the dam will be done on such-and-such a date. I have not heard such a day. Although the contractor has been instructed to complete the dam, I would like to ask the Cabinet Secretary whether they have made payments to the contractor up to date. I am aware the contractor having not been paid completely ran out of funds and left the country. I thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."}
