(b) Clarify whether Mrs. Kadzo was accorded fair hearing in accordance with applicable statutes prior to her dismissal; and, (c) Explain why other teachers who were dismissed on similar grounds as Mrs. Kadzo were reinstated while her efforts to seek reinstatement by the Commission have been futile.
