I would like to direct the House as follows: Aside from the laying of papers, there will be no preliminaries and so, we will proceed directly to the main business of the day. Many Members have statements today and I direct all of them to be slated for tomorrow morning. We will start with request for statement and responses at 10.00 a.m. The only statement I will allow is the usual Thursday Statement by the Leader of the Majority, from the House Business Committee."}
