The hon. Member is alarming this country. What we want to know is this: What is this thing called âchronic consumptionâ. How much aluminum would you have consumed in one year, to be termed as chronic so that this country can know? We may be consuming a lot of aluminum every other day, but what is saving us is that it is not chronic. What is chronic?"}
