I want to say very briefly because we are short of time and we will, probably, need to see the results of this amendment. I took a lot of time to read this Report. I was a bit surprised because the Report in a big way talked about the storage of maize, shipping, export and quite a lot of other things. However, I never came to see what they really want done. They recommended that the Kenya Anti-Corruption Authority investigates, the issue did not give us the leads of what anyone of those people had done. With all due respect to the hon. Members of the Committee, I thought it was absolutely clumsy. There was nothing to follow about the whole Report."}
