We have semi- arid regions such as where I come from. We have the coastal region, mountainous areas, plain land and the Rift Valley. The reality is that those regions cannot be the same. I plead with the leadership and whoever will bring this answer tomorrow to be firm, decisive and bring this issue to rest once and for all. It has been abused."}
