We have heard that diplomacy is going on between Kenya and Uganda and we have also been told by the Chair that it is a friendly country. These are not rumours. I heard it on CNN yesterday, the President of the so-called “friendly country” stating in an international conference that “Luos are mad”. Is it in order for us to continue considering Uganda a friendly country and continue with diplomacy? Is it also diplomatic for a whole President to besmirch an entire population of Kenya and in fact the whole of East Africa? The statement that he made is very serious and we need a statement from the Kenyan Government on this issue."}
