I have used the word “apparently” because it will be subject to my own assessment and that of the international community. The reason why I am saying that is because we have reached a level that not only I, as an hon. Member, but other members of the public will actually be dragging the name of Yoweri Museveni “ka-something” into this House in disrespect, which is not in order. When I was coming here, I actually had constituted an abhorable name for him. But I will be stateswoman so that I am do not sink to his level. I will not call him the names that he calls people!"}
