He has said it is a viral infection. I do not know. I need to be educated because many Kenyans are listening outside there. When you hear that there is a viral outbreak, viruses have no treatment. When I was in medical school, I learnt that Kala-azar is caused by a protozoan, which has medication. It is transmitted by sandflies. Maybe Dr Nyikal, as the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Health, can educate us on whether it is a viral infection or what it is. Hon. Keynan has said that it is a viral infection."}
