I rise to second this Motion. Allow me to say this from the onset. I would like to implore on my fellow hon. Members that we are in this House more or less like the Board of Directors of this nation. I want to urge hon. Members to engage more often in issues that will provide light to this country more than the “heat” that we feel. What we have before the House is as a result of query that sought to determine whether there were discrepancies and if, perhaps, that could have led to funds being misapplied."}
