For those of us who use the Nairobi-Isiolo-Marsabit Road, you must give way once you come across Miraa transportation vehicles. They neither obey the traffic rules nor the traffic regulations. When somebody is driving in a high-density traffic area at 250 kilometres per hour, it means they should not be on those roads. Hon. Karemba is not talking about Miraa .
