For the Financial Year 2023/2024, out of the total Ksh57,931,500,000, only Ksh44.4 billion was disbursed. That left us with a carry-over of Ksh13.531 billion. That amount was added to the appropriation for the Financial Year 2024/2025, which was Ksh54,732,927,680. That gave us a figure of Ksh68.233 billion to be paid or disbursed."}
