The first part of the Question is on the key milestones achieved by SHA. I confirm to the House that free primary healthcare services have been offered to 21,390,659 citizens in all our public health facilities – Level 2 to Level 4 Hospitals. These are dispensaries, health centres, sub-county hospitals as well as contracted private and faith-based hospitals that are open to our citizens 24/7. They are free.
