Is the Ministry making use of the Community Health Workers (CHWs) on the ground to ensure that we develop a proper system for identifying the beneficiaries? Secondly, they are also facing a challenge with the former NHIF employees. The Cabinet Secretary has said that those with proper certificates will be deployed. Has the Ministry carried out a staff audit of former defunct NHIF employees to see who they will absorb? Thank you, Hon. Speaker."}
