Under Section 117 of the Energy Act of 2019, I was the then Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Energy. I moved those amendments to liberalise the energy sector in a broad manner. This is the position I agree with. The question asked is whether we have reviewed this. A review was to be done in 2020 after three years, but it was subject to a request for the review.
