My question is; what is Kenya Maritime Authority (KMA) doing? I know they do have very firm policies on how to deal with spillage. I want to know what has been done. I ask this because from the pictures that we saw from the Members who visited that place, the oil spill is still there. We have a policy that has a dispersant effect of that oil film, which would have been done by now, but that has not happened since 2015."}
