I have the form here and it has the details, including the name of the child, the name of the parents and the contact of the parents. I have the form which they filled for the claim, the ID of the parents, a letter from the school, certificate of death and the permit for burial. Madam Temporary Speaker, I wish to table this so that the CS can receive it."}
