Eight-four people were killed in Kisumu. To date, we have heard nothing. Live bullets and G-3 rifles were used on the youth, but we hear nothing. We are told: “We are investigating.” There were Rapid Deployment Unit (RDU) personnel sent to Kisumu during the skirmishes. Why were officers from the RDU not sent to Karatina? We want to know why; is this another way conducting extra-judicial killings? I cannot support! I condemn this action with all my heart. Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker."}
