The last time we had it, it was agreed that we had to harmonise a number of clauses. I was given the task to harmonise between the proposer and Hon. Kaluma who brought many amendments. We have started that process. It is a little lengthy process. We are working on it and are making progress. I would ask that we get more time to complete the process. Therefore, once again, I ask that this Order be stood down. For the last time, I hope that we intend to finish it and bring it up."}
