Even though the response is from a Cabinet Secretary, as the Chairman of the Committee, I must be satisfied that what I am reading in this House is a convincing answer. I started by saying that I was not convinced by the answer given. I am just tabling this as an interim report from the Cabinet Secretary. I said that I am going to conclude by next Tuesday. I will meet the Office of the Attorney General and the Office of the Prime Cabinet Secretary before giving a substantive report to this House."}
