I beg to move: THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “one trillion eight hundred seventy-seven billion three hundred sixty-six million eight hundred thirty thousand eight hundred twenty-nine” and substituting therefor the words “one trillion eight hundred seventy-seven billion five hundred forty-nine million seven hundred fifty-nine thousand three hundred and two”. Due to the changes that were occasioned by the new Executive Order, there is an increase in the Exchequer Vote by Ksh150 million, and a reduction in the Appropriations-in-Aid by a similar amount.
