I would even have thought that the Minister of State for Defence might want to deal with this issue in a manner that is clearly not subject to serious debate because our men and women in uniform are engaged in a very just cause. I, therefore, think that the best way is to give it about a week. The Minister of State for Defence, in the absence of the Prime Minister, can deal with this matter."}
