So, when we hear people interpreting the Constitution differently, then this country is in serious pain. We hear some hon. Members interpreting the “Head of Government” differently. I want to believe that the “Head” that I have has eyes for seeing, ears for listening and the mouth to speak. If leaders are interpreting the “Head of Government” differently and we are in a Grand Coalition, we are becoming too insensitive."}
