Mr. Speaker, Sir, this country is suffering because of the disease of “exclusivity” where, every time, somebody wants to exclude another so that he can win. I think this is a spirit we must kill in this House! The problems we had in 2007 were purely a product of exclusivity where some Kenyans felt they were excluded from the system and yet, they were Kenyans."}
