Daniel Wanyama","speaker":null,"content":"THAT, Clause 13 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting sub-clause (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause- “(1) A person who wishes to register a property as a cultural property under this Act shall apply to the county government or the Cabinet Secretary in the prescribed manner: Provided that an application made to the Cabinet Secretary shall only be done after the property has been registered by a county government.” (b) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the words “or person” appearing immediately after the words “register the property”; (c) in sub-clause (5) by deleting the words “or a person”; and (d) in sub-clause (6) by deleting the words “or a person”."}
