This is a sad day for us in the Senate because we are discussing the death of a young man who was the only child of his family. The young man died in a police cell where people are supposed to run for safety. The question is: where else do you go when you feel threatened by anybody, if not a police station? It is very serious when one goes to a police station and he is killed."}
