I stand to support this Motion with a very heavy heart. The Kenyan people are looking up to us to do something about corruption. I do not understand why corruption is on the lips and mouths of everybody. I do not understand why the institutions that have been established are not able to arrest this issue. The other day, the Director of KACC shed tears because the Attorney-General is not able to support him. I want to request Members of this House to create two positions of the Attorney-General; one Attorney-General to deal with corruption and another to go around the world Fe bruary 19, 2009 PARLIAMENTAR Y DEBATES"}
