The Assistant Minister has told us that he might allocate some funds in the next financial year, but he has not given a firm commitment. Could the Assistant Minister, please, give us a firm commitment that, finally, after over two decades, that road will actually be tarmacked in the 2009/2010 Financial Year?"}
