Being a member of the Committee on Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations, I also congratulate Mr. Laban Omusundi. He came before our Committee and this is not the first time. I have seen him bringing issues to the Senate on several occasions. Mr. Laban is a local person trying to help this country in his own way, using his money; transport to come to Nairobi, buy food and a place to sleep. This is what we must encourage because Laban is using his own resources to try and help this country."}
