Member, Mr. Letimalo, that boreholes are a way of getting water, but not totally. In my constituency, there are huge mountains with a lot of rocks that could be an incredible water catchment area. Could the Ministry undertake a study in Laisamis District and find out how much rain water we can harvest from those mountains?"}
