That is because I would like to table a letter which I have with me. A letter that has been authored by somebody who is a stranger in this House; somebody who is not a Whip as pertains to our Standing Orders; somebody who is not the Prime Minister - that is because the Prime Minister is the only one who can supervise and co-ordinate Ministers and Ministries, and the Whip is the only one who can whip Members when it comes to matters of voting."}
