Member. However, he had cited security reasons for prioritising the project which he proposed. But I want to assure him that we will do the needful as soon as we get funds. Since we do not have funds at the moment, I do not want to commit myself regarding a project which is not possible. When I made a commitment last week on Emali/Jua Kali, I want to assure him that a transformer will be installed there as promised. On that note, I want him to bear with me. We will consider this project in terms of priority in the next financial year."}
