However, I noticed that of the nine experts, eight are from one profession, the so-called learned friends. I really do not know why there was this bias. Is it a rule that Constitution-making is the domain of lawyers only? I really do not believe so. As we constitute the other committees on boundary review and the others, I want to plead with the Parliamentary Select Committee to ensure that they also incorporate other professionals in those committees."}
