We know very well that when the world oil prices come down, this country sees a very small decrease in pump prices. We know that the oil companies in this country are cartels. The job of this Ministry is to protect the citizens of this country. I think they are failing in that duty. Has the Ministry punished any oil company which has created an artificial shortage?"}
